SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item in your order is unavailable, we will ship you the part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will ship you the rest of your order. 

Order may take 10-15 days to be delivered. The date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

2.TRACKING METHODS
After your order is dispatched, we will offer you ,USPS ,FEDEX , or DHL Tracking no. & website links.There are two methods to get above information from us,
•Visit our website and re-login to check the update status.
•Check your e-mail, for we will send update status to your e-mail address.
Note: (If you can't check it immediately with the tracking no. , please wait with patience. Some time is required by Express Company do uploading).


3.UNSUCCESSFUL OR WRONG DELIVERY
•We are not responsible for reshipment if you provided us with an incorrect or incomplete address.
•For those customers who do not receive your parcel within 14 working days, please contact our customer service or Local Post Office A.S.A.P. Always you can check with the local post office directly with your ID card or other valid certificate and the order information copy that you can print out when login to your registered account on our website.

Cancellations: Should you wish to cancel your order, you must contact us immediately. Majority of orders are dispatched within 1-2 days from the order date. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled. Returns in the unlikely event of manufacturing faults, we would replace/repair the products at no cost to the customer. To return an item, you must email us and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions.

All sales are Final Sale and we do not offer returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at hello@kellju.com with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange. 

If you purchase Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here.  If you do not purchase Seel Return Assurance along with your order, the order is Final Sale as stated above.

Goods must be returned within 5 days of receipt date - unworn and contain all the original packaging and labels. We will credit your original method of payment. All shipping costs associated with the return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
Exchanges: To exchange a product, please immediately contact customer service via email, or Instagram and inform us of the reason. We will then provide you with further instructions. The goods can be exchanged within 5 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging and labels .When returning an item for an exchange, please ensure that your name, address, phone number and instructions are clearly indicated. All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.
